This book is a language book dedicated to foreigners who have finished Experiencing Chinese: Living in China or 50 class hours of Chinese language study. It targets adults who need a short course in learning official Chinese, and it is suitable for both short-term classes and one-on-one teaching. The 12 units of the book consist of communication tasks that are considered to be the most basic requirements of learners’ official life in China. Each unit contains the following sections: Objectives, Warm-up, Words and Phrases, Sentences, Listening & Speaking, Experience, and Classroom Activities.
